A Ride On-Demand is exactly what the name says — a ride you need right now. You request it, and we check if one of our drivers is available and close to your location.
💡 Here's the advantage: If a driver happens to be just around the corner from you, the cost of your ride can actually be lower — because the driver doesn't have to travel far to reach you, which means less time and less cost to dispatch.

Reservations
A Reservation is a scheduled trip booked in advance — you pick your date and time, and we guarantee a driver will be there for you.
🕐 What happens behind the scenes for a reservation:
Driver receives the assignment at least 1 hour before your pickup time
Driver prepares and travels to your location (this alone can take 30–45 min)
Driver completes your trip from Point A to Point B
Driver returns to base — total time committed: 1.5 to 3 hours
💡 Why reservations have their own pricing: When you book a reservation, that driver is locked in for your trip — they can't take other rides during that window. You're paying for the guarantee that a driver will be there on time, no matter what.
